Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and LaRoc Precision Testing, LLC ("LPT," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of all services, products, and at-home testing kits offered by LaRoc Precision Testing. By purchasing, scheduling, or using any of our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
1. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the testing process, including but not limited to identification, contact details, and participant information. Inaccurate or incomplete information may compromise test results. LaRoc Precision Testing is not liable for delays, errors, or invalid results caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
2. Proper Use of Products & Services
All testing services and at-home kits provided by LaRoc Precision Testing are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse, tamper with, or alter any testing materials, samples, or documentation. Any attempt to falsify samples, manipulate results, or use our services for fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of fees, and referral to appropriate authorities.
3. At-Home Testing Kits
At-home informational DNA test kits are sold for personal, peace-of-mind use only. Results from at-home kits are not court-admissible and are not valid for legal proceedings. By purchasing an at-home kit, you accept full responsibility for proper sample collection, handling, and return shipping. LaRoc Precision Testing is not responsible for compromised, contaminated, or improperly collected samples. Kits are non-refundable once shipped or picked up, and we do not accept returns due to the nature of biological specimen collection materials.
4. Testing Process & Standards
All testing is conducted through accredited laboratory partners following strict chain-of-custody protocols, industry standards, and applicable regulations. We are committed to accuracy and reliability; however, no testing process is infallible. LaRoc Precision Testing does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for how results are interpreted or used by third parties, courts, employers, or agencies.
5. Results Are Informational Only
Test results provided by LaRoc Precision Testing are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. You should consult with a licensed attorney, physician, or appropriate professional regarding any decisions based on your test results. We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of results for any specific legal, medical, or personal purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaRoc Precision Testing, its owners, employees, contractors, and laboratory partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to emotional distress, loss of relationship, employment decisions, legal outcomes, or reliance on test results. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaRoc Precision Testing, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, materials, and documentation provided by LaRoc Precision Testing are the exclusive property of LaRoc Precision Testing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.

11. Termination of Services
LaRoc Precision Testing reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any client at our sole discretion, without refund, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or tampering, abusive or threatening behavior toward staff, or failure to comply with testing protocols.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina for any legal proceedings.

Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy

At LaRoc Precision Testing, we are committed to providing accurate, reliable, and confidential DNA and drug testing services. Due to the nature of our testing procedures, laboratory costs, and the handling of biological specimens, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any service or product from LaRoc Precision Testing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Non-Refundable Services & Products​
All testing services — including DNA testing, drug testing, and mobile collection fees — are non-refundable once the testing process has begun. This includes any appointment where a collector has arrived at your location or samples have been collected.
All at-home informational DNA test kits are non-refundable once the kit has shipped or been picked up. Due to the nature of biological specimen collection materials, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened kits.

2. Cancellations Before Testing
If you cancel a scheduled appointment before testing has begun and before a collector has been dispatched, you may be eligible for a credit toward future services at the sole discretion of LaRoc Precision Testing. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Credits are not transferable and have no cash value.
3. At-Home Kit Shipping & Delivery
LaRoc Precision Testing is not responsible for kits lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the kit transfers to the purchaser. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us promptly; however, this does not guarantee a replacement or refund.
4. Accuracy & Quality Assurance
We stand behind the accuracy and reliability of our testing procedures and accredited laboratory partners. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us for a consultation or review. Concerns about results do not entitle you to a refund.
5. Testing Errors & Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a documented testing error caused by LaRoc Precision Testing or our laboratory partner, we may offer a retest at no additional charge. This determination is made at the sole discretion of LaRoc Precision Testing and does not constitute a refund or admission of liability.
6. No Guarantees on Outcomes
LaRoc Precision Testing provides accurate testing services but makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any test or how results may be used in legal, employment, or personal matters. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with test results.
